How We Process Your Request
Once we receive your opt-out request, here is what happens next.
Step 1 — Receive Your Request
We receive your email with subject line 'CCPA Opt-Out Request' and log it in our privacy request system.
Step 2 — Verify Your Identity
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. This protects your information from unauthorised requests.
Step 3 — Process the Opt-Out
We update your preferences to stop the sale or sharing of your personal information with third parties within 15 business days.
Step 4 — Confirm by Email
We send you a written confirmation that your opt-out request has been completed. Your preference is stored for 12 months.

Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?
LattiSpec does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, under the broad definitions of the CCPA and CPRA, certain data disclosures to third-party service providers — such as analytics tools and advertising platforms — may qualify as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes.
We are committed to transparency. If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of any such sharing, please use the request method described on this page.

Who Can Submit a Request?
The following individuals may submit a Do Not Sell / Do Not Share request:
- California residents — individuals who reside in the State of California.
- Authorised agents — a person or business authorised in writing to act on a California resident’s behalf.
If submitting on behalf of another person, please include written authorisation with your request.

What Information Is Covered?
This opt-out applies to personal information as defined by the CCPA, which may include:
- Name, email address, and contact details.
- Professional or business information.
- Internet or network activity data (e.g. browsing history, search queries on the platform).
- Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile about you.
