Technical Approach
Technologies and standards we rely upon to deliver an accessible experience.
Semantic HTML
We use structured, semantic HTML5 to ensure content is correctly interpreted by assistive technologies.
WAI-ARIA
ARIA roles and attributes are applied where native HTML semantics are insufficient.
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements are fully operable via keyboard without requiring a mouse.
Colour Contrast
Text and UI components meet WCAG AA minimum contrast ratios of 4.5:1 for normal text.
Scalable Text
All text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
Focus Indicators
Visible focus indicators are provided for all keyboard-navigable elements.
01
Our Commitment
LattiSpec is committed to making our platform accessible and usable for everyone, regardless of ability or technology. We believe that accessibility is not a one-time effort but an ongoing practice embedded in how we design, build, and maintain the platform.
02
Conformance Status
LattiSpec is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are actively working to address known gaps and improve conformance across all sections of the platform.
03
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are working to resolve them:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are progressively updating these.
- Certain third-party embedded components (e.g. payment widgets) may have limited accessibility support outside our control.
- Some data tables may lack full ARIA labelling. This is being addressed in our next development sprint.
If you encounter a specific accessibility barrier not listed here, please let us know using the contact details in Section 06.
